So I'm familiar as to how subs cater to/serve their DOMs but I'd like to know how the DOMs cater to their subs... How do you make it worth it for a sub to want to serve you?

There is a problem with that question. You said, "How do you make it "worth it" for a sub to want to serve you?" In your question you are supposing that the person in question has a choice. As if her service were not tied to her sexuality, her identity or her inner most desire. That being said, it is my opinion that a sub doesn't have to be motivated to serve. No, a sub has to be moved to love and care for those that they serve. When service comes from a place of love, respect, admiration and/or reciprocity then the sub is free to give her self and her service without restraint. To me a sub that has to be coerced or motivated in order to feel that its "worth it" to serve may not actually be a sub. I would venture that they either may be just going through the motions or playing a roll in someone's life that doesn't suit their character. To me, if service doesn't deeply resonate with who the sub is then nothing you do will make being of service worth it.
